The maximum file size of your video needs to be a maximum of 256mb. The format should be an .mp4 or .mov.
If your file is too large or the wrong format you will need to edit it before uploading using Apple Imovie, windows media or any other video converting software.

The aspect ratio of the screens is 16:9. The format for 4″ is 800 x 480 pixels, 7″ is 1024 x 600 pixels.
